I'm very frustrated. I have had my annual exam on the books for a year, and just received a call that my appointment which is now a week and a half away, is rescheduled for May 2026. I am giving 2 stars because I really liked Dr. Baker-Ballantyne, but I think I need to consider whether I want to continue with a facility that doesn't think it's important for me to have an in person office visit with a doctor each year. Dr. Pyo made any wait to be seen worthwhile. She is kind, bright, concerned. She gave great suggestions and medical council for the issues I presented as a post menopausal woman.

Adventist health is ruining healthcare in our community. Doctors are leaving and current patients are being told they cannot be seen for over 10 months if you dare to try and reschedule an appointment or they recommended the ER

This office missed my birth by not having a single person scheduled to work for 48 hours. I called on a Friday at 10am when my water broke and was put on hold for 45 minutes. When I was finally taken off hold, the receptionist told me I should call the hospital and she didn’t know why I called them. Once at the hospital, a nurse informed me no one from my doctor’s office was available.
