They send you the wrong part, give you a return label, receive the item, and then claim the part arrived “defective” or “used” just to avoid giving you a refund. The service from this company is astounding. I ordered parts for my Volvo and received them in New Zealand in 8 days - exactly by their estimated delivery date. I saved hundreds of dollars compared with buying locally from the Volvo dealerships (they didn't have them in stock anyway). So totally recommended.
Paid for next day delivery, order was placed before the shipping cut off time, and the order was not shipped. Customer service was a robot or someone just blindly copy and pasting a script response. Nobody has reached out to explain what the status of my order is or anything. I will make sure to avoid this company from here on out. Let me start off by saying that this could have easily been a 5 star review. With that being said I needed to replace the control arms on my Audi but I didn't want to use the OEM parts because the bushings are known to wear out very often on my particular model, so I decided to find a good parts supplier which was FCP Euro.
