We really want to Congrats FCG realty for their professionalism!! Their where helping us selling our home and buying another house ! The all process was really well managed and Bertrand was providing very good advices and was always very responsive at our questions. Service request was easy to request it was completed quickly and professional. Great service.
We just started renting with FCG and let me tell you, the process has been a BREEZE. Amber made it easy to tour the home virtually, and the admin staff made the application and lease signing process simple and fast. We have been moved in for a week and the maintenance portal is easy to learn and work with and staff is VERY responsive and helpful getting our minor issues fixed. Plus the house is great, and perfect for our needs! Will recommend FCG to anyone from out of state looking to rent and move.
This is absolutely the worst realty company out there. If you are looking for a realty company that is going to overcharge you when you move out and lie about repairs and cleaning that they have made just to run up your bill and take your security deposit, you've come to the right place. Buyer beware... Do not sign a contract with fcg realty if you don't want to be ripped off. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional. Is this company!!!! if I could give less than one star for this review I would have.
I wouldn’t recommend renting from FCG Realty. They will take your security deposit and place additional charges on you for random things that may not even be in your contract.
