Maintenance is quick and very respectful. I am glad to have this benefit to my home.
When you move out, don't bother pressure washing or doing any deep cleaning, they will charge you at a premium for those things regardless. They kept our deposit and then some. We disputed the items we were being charged on in writing as stated in their agreement. Didn't hear from anyone, did not get any follow-up letters, now come to find out they sent us to collections. I really like how FCG team always try to get things scheduled within a timely manner! I appreciate that every time! Thanks for taking care of the over grown palm trees in my yard, which can be a fire hazard with wires! Thank you for looking out for our safety!
