Edit Aug 2026: I still like this place & think it's better than most other clinics in the Richmond area. There have been some screwups over the years but mostly I've had good experiences. Things definitely also depend on your own attitude & your counselor, so switch counselors if you're not a match with yours. I’ve been going here for 5 years, at first it was a nice easy going and very helpful clinic. Recently they have started with the craziest rules. I’ve been getting 2 weeks of take homes for years and on a call back I had taken a bottle on the wrong date listed on the bottle and now they want to take my take homes and make me see a doctor before I can get them back.
