Office personnel, especially Scott, are friendly and efficient. If I may say so as an (unimportant) aside, the office itself has all the charm and warmth of a jail's inbound processing lobby. So this is really a 4-1/2 star rating :)
Poor customer service
Best bank ever. I love that every time I am at the branch or if I call I feel like I'm the only customer they have in the world. It feels great to be treated like a person instead of just another number. The service feels personalized and is truly exceptional. Other banks just can't compete.
