I don't know how anyone gave this 5 stars. They only see 2 people at a time, and each test takes 30 minutes, and you have to wait outside the entire time because you can't pre-schedule an appointment. My pregnant wife had to wait outside in 40 degree cold for over 3 hours to get tested. This is an absolute failure of planning and logistics, whoever organized this should feel ashamed of themselves. St. Charles did the absolute bare minimum and I can only assume they gave themselves fake 5 star reviews to cover up their incomp... read more

Terrible! Went last Wednesday and the lady who was administering the test wasn’t wearing a mask. I asked about PCR results and was told I would have them emailed in a couple days. Fast forward five days and my husband and I haven’t received any results. Trying to get a hold of someone is an utter joke. This place is a joke and I will never ever go to a mobile unit. Shame on me for not contacting my regular dr and getting tested that way. Northwestern has results for PCR in 24 hours and live agents to speak with.

I was very disappointed in the clinician that was administering the tests this Sunday afternoon. My daughter and I went back after waiting 15 minutes for our results , and the clinician was not there . She had stepped out leaving a person waiting to be tested in the trailer . When we asked where she had gone, the person stated that she told him to tell us that our tests were negative . Extremely unprofessional.
