I don't know how anyone gave this 5 stars. They only see 2 people at a time, and each test takes 30 minutes, and you have to wait outside the entire time because you can't pre-schedule an appointment. My pregnant wife had to wait outside in 40 degree cold for over 3 hours to get tested. This is an absolute failure of planning and logistics, whoever organized this should feel ashamed of themselves. Terrible! Went last Wednesday and the lady who was administering the test wasn’t wearing a mask. I asked about PCR results and was told I would have them emailed in a couple days. Fast forward five days and my husband and I haven’t received any results. Trying to get a hold of someone is an utter joke. This place is a joke and I will never ever go to a mobile unit. Shame on me for not contacting my regular dr and getting tested that way. Northwestern has results for PCR in 24 hours and live agents to speak with.

I was very disappointed in the clinician that was administering the tests this Sunday afternoon. My daughter and I went back after waiting 15 minutes for our results , and the clinician was not there . She had stepped out leaving a person waiting to be tested in the trailer . When we asked where she had gone, the person stated that she told him to tell us that our tests were negative . Extremely unprofessional.

Closed when it says in the website that its open and walk-ins are available. It has been closed for a while because i found a lock on the door.
