This is by far the worst Covid testing site I have ever experienced in my life. The self testing without any guidance was a joke. This immigrant working there told me my rapid test will be back in an hr or so and my PCR would take 2 days. It has been over 2 weeks now and I have nothing. This place is a scam and will probably shut down soon.
You administer your own test which is crazy to me. The rapid test came back as a negative which I knew was not true. I called my nurse and she immediately told me I needed to go to urgent Care and booked a appointment for me same day. The nurse and the doctor at urgent care could not believe that I had to administer my own test either. They took a PCR test and got results in an hour and sure enough, I'm positive. Their PCR takes 3 days to get results for this place. It's a complete joke.. We will see what that says. Save urs... read more

Horrible experience, still waiting on my rapid test and PCR test results after 12 days !! This is a scam.. Don't even bother !!
