Do not goto FCC behavioral health. Care coordinators have access to your therapy notes and will go spreading your therapy notes with people not part of your treatment plan and then abuse loopholes in trying to covering up their actions. The CEO Randy Ray doesn't hold his employees accountable. Randy Ray the CEO banned me from getting proper treatment for being attack intentionally and maliciously. You do not "fall through the cracks" with FCC Behavioral Health. You are purposely pushed through the cracks.
I have one of the worst experience and treating me the way they did not taking me serious on anything.. I could never get the doctor to go over the medication that they were giving me exactly what it does and what it don't do like they don't know themselves and their question anything about why they prescribe it and give me just a stare. I deal with real life problems everyday in my life I Don't need a Doctor playing guessing games screwing my mental health up even worse.. go to ask for a different provider and get told ther... read more
Long story short if you have to miss an appointment you get discharged from there.. I was re evaluated and got to go back but I showed up one day thinking I had a appointment at one and it was at noon.. One other time I got the dates mixed up.. I have had a lot on my plate health wise we are all human we make mistakes.. Needless to say I was discharged again.. I guess it’s a two strike and your out rule.. I will being taking my services else where..
