This company is the ownership of the apartment community where I live. Management fails to enforce the lease, allowing illegal drug use and loud, disruptive residents to create an uncomfortable living environment. Vehicle break-ins and domestic disturbances have happened, yet no real action is taken to improve security. The lack of accountability and enforcement makes this a frustrating and unsafe place to live. Think twice before moving here.

This company bought my apartment building. Since they took over, they are now charging us storage fees of $45 a month and now we found out that they are requiring us $85 a month for Internet. I pay $60 a month for my own Internet why are you forcing your tenants to pay additional cost for Internet that we aren’t asking for? Sounds like to me you’re trying to get rid of tenants instead of keeping loyal paying tenants! With the nickel and dime of tenets. It makes one question about release renewal!

Vest residential is currently unresponsive to addressing our 2 buildings needs at the most basic level. Security doors not locking, fire alarm faults, vandalism and homeless wandering in at night. Unchecked and un resolved water damage. Package thief is ramped. Basic amenities broken long term (months).

Update: Though I had updated my last review, we once again are having issues at our Vest property that continue to get worse. We have complained to the property staff copious times regarding our upstairs neighbors and their noise dating back to September of last year, emailing over 4 times and meeting with staff in office to rectify the issue. Following a meeting with staff, we were told to simply “call the police” if the issue was truly that bad, and that nothing could be done. Months later after meeting with a different st... read more
