Zero stars! Meridian Parkside is horrible! Maintenance emergency never returns calls, air conditioners are out for these over priced units, and it’s sad! It’s unacceptable to pay rent and have to deal with broken essentials for weeks or even months. Communication is poor, and there’s clearly no sense of urgency or accountability from management, maintenance, or property management making all this money off residents! Towing is insane and all day in this community! Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
Zero stars, meridian parkside is Overpriced, the ac units are not working, back gate has been broken for years, hallways are dusty, molded, spiderwebs, and wasps! Grill hasn’t worked in over a year, patio furniture dusty, dirty, and unsanitary, you can’t even sit on it! Elevators are not clean, or they’re not working! Why have key fobs or be paying for a luxury apartment when anyone can enter through the back gate! Maintenance is a joke and marks service orders complete before they are even taken care of. I live at a property managed by Vest Residential called East Beach Marina Apartments and it's been a nightmare since I moved in 4 months ago!!! I'm currently living in a 5th floor unit paying $2,400 a month where every day sounds like I'm living inside of a Boeing airplane or a washing machine. On the rooftop of my apartment are 10 outside HVAC fan units cycling on and off all day and all night. Also a few more more to the left side wall of my apartment. Vest Residential treats tenants like a revenue stream, not people. I recently moved out of a Vest Residential-managed property and was charged over $450, including $304 for carpet replacement due to “pet dander” — despite the fact that my pets were fully approved, I paid a pet deposit, and there was no actual damage or stains.
