Not Luxury, Not Worry-Free — Just Frustrating at the Cascades in Virginia Beach! I’ve lived here for over a year now, and unfortunately, it’s been nothing but ongoing issues. This place advertises itself as “luxury” and “worry-free living,” but it’s far from that.
