This is the 3rd time we have purchased carpeting from FCA. The first two times no problems. This time our sales associate with Mike. He showed us A carpet that we liked however they didn’t have enough in the warehouse so we had to choose another color. The other color was fine with us and when it arrived we noticed that it didn’t feel the same it wasn’t as thick or as dense.
