Dishonest when dealing with Brian W. We put an offer in, he sat on it so they can get a better offer. Told us he's getting signatures, but in reality he's playing games. Unethical tactics.
Stay away from fc tucker, Bart onderdonk, and angel dean. We had multiple very serious issues during the inspection contingency period with a home we were going to purchase. FC Tucker is refusing to return our EMD. Bart Onderdonk has been extremely unresponsive throughout this process. When attempting to mediate with Angel Dean, she tried to bully us into accepting a deal with the seller. Terrible experience dealing with FC Tucker, Bart Onderdonk, and Angel Dean. We put an offer on a property and uncovered multiple issues (outdated unsafe electrical, a heating system that would not have the capability to heat the house above 55F in the winter, mold, lack of a natural gas line, and structural issues) during the inspection contingency period. Petty and manipulative bullies. Extremely unethical business tactics. Buyers beware when the seller is using an FC Tucker agent. We have wasted time, money, and energy on chasing down our earnest money when there were serious issues found and reported during the inspection contingency period. Now we have to spend even more time, money, and energy taking them to court.
