Out of State and committed to purchasing a vehicle (Rolls Royce Ghost) from the dealership. On the date of the agreed purchase, the vehicle was sold by the same l sales manager and the same salesperson (David) who agreed to the already scheduled date of purchase. Ended up purchasing a vehicle from another Rolls Royce dealer. I will not be purchasing ANYTHING from them!!!
The whole team was great to work with. Chris was really knowledgeable. Randy was a class act when handling our trade in and finance options /questions. Will recommend to friends and family.
Recently purchased a nearly new Phantom from these guys. Sales process was overall smooth and easy, they helped to arrange transportation which was great. They don’t do e-signatures so be aware that contracts need to be overnighted back and forth. The real irritation came from me confirming with my sales guy the condition of the car was perfection and after being reassured it was several times, car was delivered with clear coat deep scratches under the drivers door.
