Horrible experience Had some interior problems address and my dash board comes back with pry marks on it where the pried the piece of indenting the leather interior pointed it out to the service MANAGER he told me when. I bring it back for another issue that exists they would take care of it Well I brought it back and the run around Oh that’s not a service dept problem it’s sales Needles I never got it resolved So they damaged my interior and owned up or corrected it Horrible service
I have leased and purchased 3 vehicles from them. Great selection and pricing. I have also used their service shop exclusively for about 8 years. I will only go to Kerbeck's.
Took my car (that I bought here) to be serviced for a coolant leak..which meant my antifreeze was leaking. The very next day after my car was fixed (I could kick myself for not double checking my car myself before i drove off the lot) something told me to "check your antifreeze". So I did and I have almost none! They must've never bled the system to make sure all the trapped air was out..even tho they said they did on the service paperwork.
