Don't buy from WorldPac, go to an Advance Auto Parts Store and you can get anything and everything that WorldPac has from Advance Auto Parts. The absolute worse customer service and personally I will not buy from a company that doesn't take responsibility of the problems and issues that they have with the I don't care attitude.
Trash company!!! I own a mechanic shop and they have HORRIBLE customer service. I talked to multiple people today and 2 of them even hung up on me. The one guys name was Joe I don't remember the other. Asked for a sale rep or a manger and he hung up on me. Called back talked to John who emailed the territory rep for me. We'll see if she comes out. Terrible customer service skills from their clowns working from home. Cocky attitudes but don't know a wrench from a screw driver.
Called several times they do not answer the phone check with other vendor and they also stated its their thing not to answer the phone.
