I scheduled my mom’s new patient appointment with a rheumatologist at Fort Bend Rheumatology Associates nearly three months in advance because appointments were extremely limited. She confirmed her appointment a few days beforehand and completed all of the required paperwork they sent her. Very responsive and warm staff. Dr. Hernandez is wonderful too.
They have relocated right off of Lexington and they have more space and everything is very nice. They are still friendly and effecient.
I was 8min away for a new patient appointment and the front desk associate said they couldn't see me and they they didn't have a grace period. I understand I was tardy however this was my first potential appointment. Why is it so hard to find doctors that want to help people anymore?
