On October 22, 2022 a tow truck backed into my 2022 Nissan Altima and damaged the driver front mirror. The company was more than willing to make it right and replace the mirror. During the process I dealt with Chris and he assured me everything would be done correctly and no need to get ins or police involved because they would take care of it. The employee of this company hit my car on March 31, 2023. I was told that it would be repaired by them, as of today's date nothing has happened. They are not accepting my calls. This will not go away without the repairs being made. Stay away from this shady place, did I mention the guy was hoping my husband didn't notice the damage, he had to find the damage himself. See letter provided the day of the incident. To answer the owners question, not sure why though it stated on the letter uploaded South Carolina 🤔
