I had a great experience working with FBC Roofing. Michael Reynolds was super. He came to the home and walk us through their services and helped me a lot in working with my Insurance company. Once the scope of work and related cost and coverages were verified which included code upgrades, the process continued with selection of materials and color, etc. The installation went very smoothly. From the very beginning to completing the roofing and painting of the inside of my parent's home. FBC was so professional and compassionate and went above and beyond what we hoped for. At first, my elderly parents received a letter from their insurance refusing to cover the cost of their roof, then a few months later, my parents received a non-renewal letter because of the claim that was denied. Estimate was quick and easy. Spoke with Owner about some ideas and he was willing to work with me. Scheduling was a little crazy with weather and my own activities pushing out the schedule. Day of install went super fast. Job was done in a professional manner and the crew was excellent. Crew walked around the house a few times looking for nails. Haven't found any stray nails any since they left. Small issue with the office after the job was done, but owner called and resolved it. Will use again!
