Called multiple times when I realized how tight on time Id be for making it to me appointment. Since my eta was for exactly their grace period I raced across town, more than a 40 minute drive to make it just one minute after their grace period and was turned down by the unhelpful and apathetic employee. Complete waste ot time and gas. If only they could actually answer and return phone calls this situation could of been avoided
