Very efficient at communication, never really have many issues which is a plus but if there is; Terry and Tim are on top of it. Keeps the apartments well maintained and secure. He is incredibly understanding. I'd have to say best landlord there is!
I rented from Terry Vargason with FBA properties from August 2022 to August 2024. Terry is an exceptional landlord! He is friendly, communicative, kind, flexible, understanding, accommodating, and efficient!! My partner has rented from Terry for even longer. We both have only good things to say about this man. Excellent place to rent. Great landlord was very accommodating to any questions or concerns. If there was any problem (which there never really was) they were quick to respond.
We rented from Terry for 3 years and had a fantastic experience. He is prompt and considerate with any requests. I would highly recommend!
I loved my stay at FBA Properties and will miss how affordable it was. Terry was always so accommodating and a wonderful landlord of many years. Tim was always prompt to deliver assistance in a mannerly time and always fixed whatever was needed. The other tenants were quiet and polite.
