Terry and Tim are the best!
Terry is legitimately the best landlord I've ever had the pleasure of renting from. He is thoughtful and efficient. Any problems I ever had were resolved in a timely manner. In addition, Terry is an extremely communicative property manager. He replies to phone calls, texts, and emails at the drop of a hat. Terry is the best landlord you could ever wish for! You can tell that he truly cares about all of his tenants and wants everyone to have a comfortable experience. Very kind and generous! I was very impressed with the consistent monthly extermination every unit receives. His maintenance guy is on call 24/7 for emergencies, and will always fix anything that needs done. I rented from Terry for about two years amazing experience hands down. If your looking for a landlord in the Iowa city Area and your able to rent with Terry jump on the chance because you will love it. Tim the maintenance person was amazing also gets everything done in a timely manner. I have zero complaints about Terry if I could rent again I would any day of the week. The apartments were so well taken care of too and they are in such a good place not far from a park or Walmart or anything.
We have moved into this apartment last year and it’s so great, cozy, comfortable and maintenance very well. The landlord Terry is very kind, responsible and easygoing. Well, we just think we are so lucky to find this place and spend a wonderful time here. We will miss here a lot!!!
