I came for lunch and just want to say Christina was AWESOME!!! She was super nice, friendly and helped me pick out my lunch. And she brought me extra breadsticks after I asked. Well done Fazolis, she’s an exceptional employee! ❤️

Was looking forward to lunch at Fazoli’s as ours back home closed. My husbands’ pizza looked great but he found a beard hair baked in it (the cook in the kitchen had a beard but no beard guard). The Manager offered to make a new one but my husband lost his appetite and asked for a refund. My lasagna was cold...it was replaced. The Manager offered us more breadsticks before we even started our meal but then disappeared and never came back to offer more when we wanted some. Thought we missed Fazoli’s but after that experience ... read more

chicken Alfredo was a little dry. But the bread sticks were very good

Went this evening with my husband. The chicken patty for the chicken parmigiana was pretty gross but what drove me to leave a review was the service. The entire team working there were openly bickering in front of customers, not just behind the counter but throughout the whole restaurant as they picked up dishes and what not. They misplaced our order because one of the girls came to the table to ask us what we got again which was not a problem but when she went to relay out order to another team member he was extremely rude ... read more

I had the best service with my boyfriend. The employees were play fighting over who was going to take our order. Then when I went up for more sauce and Togo boxes and decided to try the blood orange ice, the woman who helped me was so sweet and kind. I don’t think I have had this quality of customer service in a very long time! The food was good also!
