So the AI took my order upsold me fine but don't upsell me a product and not supply the product. 2 bread sticks missing. Smh. Beyond frustrating. I paid for something I didn't receive.
2 employees were just excellent during our visit: Nicholas and Toney worked so diligently and friendly and efficiently during such a busy Sunday dinner rush.
I normally enjoy this location, the speaker was switched to using AI and it made the visit difficult and I feel as though a human is 100% more helpful
