I was the only customer in line and the manage was standing there counting the money in the drawer. After about 10 minutes she finally acknowledged me, and instead of taking my order she stated left me find my cashier and took off yelling the name of the cashier, while I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes. Would have really been that hard to take my order? Mind you it was just me and my 2 year old. I will not be back to the Alton location
Chicken Parmesan lasagna, looked nothing like it was supposed to and everything was so dry. The only plus was the breadstick. Now I remember why I haven't been in a long time.
RecommendedThey have on their menu Italian Ice but what it actually is is just s slushy. They need to change the name because being an Italian from Brooklyn, I can assure you that what they sell is not italian ice. They also need to sell more appetizers and Eggplant parmesan. If you’re looking for some generic, fast food italian then, by all means give it a try...

well the alton location I came in and ordered and it took forever to get my food this girl Alyssa was very rude to us when we finally got our food it was cold and Messed up they did not offer to warm it up or replace it but they did offer a refund and we said ok and right after that this supposed manager came back out with our debit card and then physically took our food from us and said you cant have it I'm a manager at a food place and this is not how you deal with a situation like this at all. Me and my family live around Jacksonville Illinois so we make a day of it shopping at Target and eating at Fazoli's it was fantastic like normal thank you Fazoli's for your great service
