Great food! But the drive through is horrible. Besides the very tight drive, the employees seem to have a problem hearing people through the speaker. And we also watched an employee sprinkle cheese on a food item with his bare hands.

The food is awesome. 5 stars there. But every single time we go there the staff seems like they're in such a terrible mood.. and acts as though we're inconveniencing them. We definitely don't feel welcomed. Never a "Hi welcome to fazolis!" Or a "how are you today" they just stand there and stare at us until we order. They never say thank you, have a nice day or anything. Definitely frustrating. We honestly felt so uncomfortable while we ordered the other day because the lady made it very clear she wasn't happy to help us.
