I've eaten at a few locations and this one was by far the worst. The girl cleaning the lobby was the best employee there. The cashier had an attitude and acted like we were inconveniencing him by placing our order and the mgr had an attitude toward the employee when he asked for help. My lasagna was dry and burnt, and when I spoke to the mgr about it, he just said "oh, you got a burnt spot huh?", then replaced the lasagna, but it was dry and burnt too!
