Fazolis is decent fast food Italian. We always have great service and unlimited bread sticks. I had the loaded baked spaghetti and it was good. I had a side salad that was fresh. Anytime we are in Springfield we stop at this location to eat.

Service is always spot on! The food has changed some it seems like. They are putting white sauce on the bottom of the baked lasagna, not good!
Yeah don't really care much for the AI taking my orders... have to ask how soon they will be replacing all people and just serve precanned meals out a window like a vending machine... Foods "ok" I guess.
