Went in with my 2 daughters at 7:30 Sunday night. Leftover food on multiple tables. No silverware. Food was the worst I'd ever had here. Normally really good. We sat talk and ate breadsticks due to that being all that was good.
RecommendedI went into this store in arnold and had the best customer service ever! Danielle and the team there is great! I cant wait to find an excuse to go back!
Almost 6 bucks for a double slice of hard, burnt on the bottom, cold pizza. 🙄 I figured since cheese pizza is pretty hard to screw up, and since it was the only thing I ordered, I did not need to do a quick bag check before I left the drive thru. My bad, next time instead of checking my bag, I’ll just go somewhere else
Disgusting dining room and an over 30 minute wait to receive lukewarm food. This place sucks.
My family has always gone to the Arnold location. However, after this evening we will not be any longer. Two of the girls working were slow and acted as though they didn't want to be there. We didn't get our breadsticks when our food came out so we asked for them and still multiple customers after us got theirs while we continued to wait. Finally, once we were almost done eating we got them. Not worth the wait, the breadsticks were plain and horrible. Used to love this location, not so much now.
Yum yum take whole family there.
