i use to go their twice a week to get my turkey club or my italian primo.. now they just got rid of both of them! you guys realize you just took my only excuse away from going to a fazolies!! hope you're happy.

RecommendedMy Customer service experience was very GOOD THERE I ENJOYED MY PASTA DISH and because of the cashiers suggestion I TRIED A DIFFERENT SAUCE AND IT WAS EXCELLENT I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK

March 17th I did an online order due to COVID19 so I could order and pay without interacting with anyone. I went through the drive-thru to get my order... as I was trying to follow precautions that were put in place. The girl working told me I couldn’t get my online order through the drive-thru and I had to go inside. I had nothing to do or sign she just wanted me to go inside. The order was not ready so I had to wait around... inside.
The counter person was rude and not very helpful. My child only wanted water to drink but we were forced to purchase a small soda. Will not be returning based on your employee’s behavior
I was in the restaurant on 9/18 at about 6:00-7:00 with a group of five people. We ordered our food everything was fine got to our table wait for 5-10 mins if not longer for our food in the mean time there was a group of 7 girls that were from Preble highschool who got there food and breadsticks who ordered after us first and the one worker we could tell knew these kids cause he walked right passed us not once but twice right to the girls with fresh breadsticks. We waited over an hour for our food! No explanation !!! They could have told us something and at least brought out bread sticks... went up and asked twice where our food was!
Ordered food to go....been standing here for over 20 minutes with literally no food coming out of the kitchen. Not impressed at all!
