just so so i'd never been to fazoli's before, wanted to try it out. I was not impressed. It's fast food italian basically. the fettecine was ot good at all, the spaghetti was OK, nothing great but not aweful. the restaraunt was cold, very "fast food-ish". i was looking more for an intimate setting, i think italian, i think ambiance, slow cooked, etc. i wouldn't be going back, althogh thier breadsticks we're great. PROS: great breadsticks, pretty decent prices CONS: cold, lacked ambience
Price is Right! For the price, Fazoli's is a great deal. On Tuesdays they have spaghetti for $2.99. They have lunch specials that are very reasonably priced. Very decent food for fast food prices.
Poor Service The food at this restaurant is fairly good for quick Italian food. The problem is one of seating. The building has limited seating, and there is no arrangement for orderly service. You just stand and hope to see an empty table you can grab. There is no place to sit while you wait, and there's a series of small rooms. Not a Happy Customer Today I went to Fazoli's a FAST food place and the service was unexceptable. They messed up my order charged me too much and then I had to wait 15 minutes for them to credit me back $2.00. They couldn't just add on another item and let me call it even. The whole event really didn't make me mad until I was leaving and they didn't even say "I'm so sorry about that you have a great day" They said nothing but "we voided the first transaction and charged you for your original order. Great Pasta! Fazoli's has some of the best bread sticks I have ever eaten and the fettucini alfredo is out of this world. This is fast food italian at its finest. The prices are about the same as Arby's and the food just can't be beat.
The Other Reviewers Are Crazy! Great Food and Free Internet Access. What other fast food Restaurant gives anything away free, besides drinks? I am a marathon runner so my food selections are always made based on health. This Restaurant Chain home cooks their pasta and the customer can choose any entree with or with out meat. Great for lunch! Quick and with a lot of choices this is a good choice for nice lunch, allowing us to thik outside the bun. They have a nice selection of salads that go great with unlimited bread sticks...
Excellent Service The service was excellent and fast. Bread sticks were hot and were brought around to our table every few minutes...never had to wait. Waited only a minutes or so for service when we came into the restaurant. Employee was friendly . For the value, we would hightly recommend Favolis.
good i ordered my food, she knew the menu real good. got my drink, didnt wait too long for my food. ate, they came by to see if we were doing ok. very nice people.
