We was there Thursday, 10-19-17, around 5:30. First, it took forever to get our meal, then we didn't get all of it. I had to tell them twice what was missing. All of us (5people) had dry food and burnt pieces in our food. I love fazoli's but will not be back to this location. This is the 3rd time, I have been here and the food was bad.
Waited an hour on my order just now while with my boyfriend. Several families got here hour after we did and ordered much more food, and were served well before we were. We weren't served until 15 minutes after we complained at the counter. Will be speaking to management when we leave.
First time eating at that location!! I thought it was very good.
The food was good but it is always so freakin cold in the restaurant
We came here from Michigan to see the total eclipse and saw this white tent on the hill. We asked if we could sit under the tent to wait for the eclipse and we were welcomed with open arms and bread sticks! Thanks to you guys we had an amazing experience and got to enjoy good food too!
Dear fazoli's..I ordered a sandwich and I simply asked for no veggies..guess what you sent me a sandwich with all the veggies I asked to no be on it..so I sent it back asking for a new sandwich..40 minutes later I still never got my food..so I left with no chance to tell anyone who works there so I'll tell you on Facebook..you fucking suck
Great service. Good fresh food:) will eat there again
