The employee with short hair and piercings was beyond rude and refused to fix what was wrong with my food even though they got my order wrong. The floors had stuff all over them and overall was an awful experience. The lady with short hair and piercings needs to be replaced.
Matthew was very helpful and kind. Went above and beyond.
Naomi and Matthew were the absolute sweetest. Best service we have ever received. We love Fazolis but most of the ones near us are shut down, so it's been years since we came. They showed why it was our favorite. Food was great, gave us plenty of breadsticks, served with a smile. Great way to rest on a long drive.
