Nick came and game me an assessment of a water seepage problem in my basement with several suggestions of steps I could take to remedy the situation. I really appreciate being given choices instead of being told I need the most expensive basement waterproofing system out there no matter what. I would definitely recommend Fazio Waterproofing.
I was a bit stressed when i discovered my sump pump would not shut off. Nick came out within an hour in the evening and fixed the problem. He even tightened the clamp so the sump pump connection would be more stable. He is very honest and has a nice personality. Kudos to Nick. I wish all home repairs could run this smooth.
