Bad service.
Fazio is one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with. Each year we have had a problem with them upon sprinkler opening. The technicians never know what they are doing and it takes many trips to get the sprinklers operational. This spring their technicians turned on the manual feed to the furnace which flooded the furnace. The water was then sent up to all of our pipes and through the radiators. My house was flooded.
