My Story Here is my story with that garage.

4 months ago, I had problem in my car which is Audi A4. It was not big problem just shaking and little sound. I drove it to that garage because its near to my apartment. 

First of all, they told me you have to pay $100 to check it. I said OK and I paid then they told me that there are codes on the check but if you like to do cleans "something like clean the engine" that will be fine and its cost about $600, I said OK do it. FAZiO'S AUTOMOTIVE SUCKS To say that Fazio's automotive has awful customer service doesn't do justice to the concept of service except maybe if you are a gangster. The owner seems to have an anger-management problem and may use profanity at you if you question the price or services rendered. I have never had a more terrible experience. As long as you don't haggle and your repair gets fixed they are perfectly "nice", but if the repair is bad, don't go back there.
Good, fast, neighborhood auto repair Being young and female, I often find auto repair shops trying to take advantage, but I don't get that at Fazio's. They are knowledgeable and get the work done quickly. They're one of the most convenient places on the East Side. Prices seem a little on the high side, but they've always backed up their work.
FAZIO'S IS AWFUL I had my engine line begin blinking the other morning and my car was sputtering upon acceleration. To my own dismay I took it to the nearest auto garage, Fazio's. I also asked them to provide an estimate to fix a grinding noise I had been hearing in my rear driver's side tire. They did an estimate and called me the next day. Will take advantage of you. My car was making some weird noises and so I thought I would bring it in to get checked. They took their time and diagnosed it, they never physically took me to see what was the problem. They just came back that said I would need to replace my water pump. They ranged up the estimate and it said it would cost $500-$600 ($150 just for the OEM water pump itself) to change it. I paid for the diagnosis (which cost a hefty $105) and left to think about it. Fazio Automotive is classic example of repair shop fraud. Jim Fazzio is a crude, short tempered, fraud and liar. I wanted a reimbursement! Was then cursed at and told to leave his shop. He doesn't like being caught. Re: engine distributor replacement. He did NOT put in a "brand new" part not just once but twice which I explicitly paid for originally.
