I really enjoy going to this gym! The people that go are consistent and it helps seeing their progress and keeps me motivated. The staff, Gary, is super helpful and kind. It is clean, has great equipment, and reasonably priced.
Great gym never too crowded and lots of cool people.

Metro kc upgraded the old gym that was here to the max highly recommend this gym consistently updated and evolving this gym into the best in kc
