John is a great mechanic.
Very dismissive about replacing my tire. What kind of so called tire shop is incapable of ordering tires they dont have??? My car is a new Ford an American car and has Michelin tires. Fay's don't carry the tire and wouldn't even try or seem capable of ordering it. Smh.
