Excellent
I love Dr Gadalla but his staff members are pure lazy, disrespectful and rude! You call and they will leave you on hold for over 25mins pick up the phone and put you on hold again! Instead of trying to help you they pass the phone call around to everyone in the office and have you repeat yourself again! I’ve been taking my daughter to him for years and sadly have to find a new doctor because of how horrible his staff memebers are!
I am giving him less than a half star. He is never in the clinic. Staff is rude and lazy and you never see a doctor. Some young nurse acts like a doctor. The worse service you ever had. I spent 2 hours for a shot. Very bad service .
My whole family love him!
This is the worst doctor on the planet. We were thirty minutes early, but he was thirty minutes LATE. So there is an hour of our time there. We got called into the exam room and he says, "Did you do the lab work? It's not here."
Where should I start? This guy is awsome! The staff is great and most of all the doctor is. My children love him!!
Doctor Gadalla and staff are very kind and caring and will always give you some good advise. They're not after your money. They will take any insurance no matter how little insurance pays. Will work with you and get you satisfied with their service. All my three went to this doctor. We followed him from one office to another to finally this practice.
