This place simply just sucks. It’s an auto mall that sells more Kias than anything. If you own a Volvo in the Fayetteville area save yourself the trouble and go to Raleigh. Service prices are absolutely insane. All I needed was a wheel and tire and they wanted over 2k for both. They only have one Volvo rep and only a couple of loaners for Volvo and will not find another loaner for you for the entire week it takes to get a wheel. Just stay away, this place is a nightmare.
Terrible with communication. Unprofesssional management. Appointment do not matter, you will wait hours to hear back from them. If you call you may not reach anyone for some time. All departments are quick to transfer you to lines that ring woth no answer. Always disappointing when I need to service my car.
The service I have received at Volvo has been substandard on numerous occasions. I do not recommend taking your vehicle there, and I will not anymore. I took my Volvo XC60 in for routine maintenance, which resulted in the tech hitting my SUV causing a lot of damage. It is difficult to schedule an appointment for maintenance.
