If my Volvo needed work, I would pay to have it towed to the triangle rather than have it serviced at this "Steelership." Their prices are ridiculously inflated and every time I've talked to their parts department, (If you can even get them to answer the phone) they've given me bad information about what I could and could not replace, trying to upsell me for more than I've needed, and then to top it off every part they've offered me has been the wrong one.
Went to look at Volvos today and met one of the managers who was super helpful. Mike was nice and wasn’t pushy about getting us in a car today. I appreciated that he let us test drive the Volvo and an Acura without feeling crazy pressure. Thank you and hopefully we’ll be back soon once we make up our minds!
They like to hang up on people. Do not recommend.
I have seriously NEVER met a customer service agent more helpful and upbeat than Meg at Volvo of Fayetteville. We've been to lots of Volvo dealerships due to moving frequently and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Meg and the dealership itself! They truly go above and beyond to cater to their customers and are incredibly kind. I wish I could give them ten stars!
