Not sure how they have so many fake five star reviews, or where their accurate one star ones have gone, but this office is a disgrace. The staff are pushy and unprofessional, you will be told you need far more work than you actually need, and the work will be done carelessly. I was left in months of pain, Dr. Richter is incompetent and repeatedly failed to inject me in the correct areas to successfully perform an adequate pain block. Excellent service and friendly. Dental checkup cleaning and dentistry were smooth and uneventful
At my new patient visit I received a cleaning from the hygienist but she did not polish my teeth, even though the toothbrush and toothpaste were on her table. Then, the doctor walked in and introduced himself, sat down, poked around at my teeth, said I need two crowns...the dental assistant thanked him and he walked out the door. That was the extent of my visit. A friend of mine had a new patient visit two days before me and had the same exact experience. I will not be returning. (And I don't believe she will be either.)
I hate to change my review, but less than a year after the previous review was posted, two of my fillings have failed and broken, as well as a cavity being hidden under a crown. I'm an absolute chicken when it comes to the dentist, so take my words with a grain of salt, but those mistakes hurt, and it's gonna hurt a lot more to get them fixed.
