Was impressed with the friendliness and welcoming attitude of the front desk. The dentistry was another story! The hygienist was not warm and friendly and quite rough and not at all concerned about my comfort. The dentist, who I believe is German, said nothing to me, as if I am not a person and everything was related through the hygienist. When he gave me the Novocaine, he just jabbed in in hard and put it in too fast and I thought I was going to have a stroke! I would NOT recommend this practice!
I came for my 1st appt 7-7-25 . Had all my X rays done . When Dentist Dr Richter came in said hi I’m Dr Richter from behind my back . He looked at the X Rayes with out showing me those X-rays . He didn’t bother to explain which teeth need extractions or why or which can be saved by fillings . And he didn’t bother to explain how I can have a bridge done in upper front teeth . I had 2 regular yearly cleanings here and had to switch to another dentist after the second cleaning. At my first appointment, the cleaning was done with harshness and neglect. I felt overlooked even as I writhed in pain and told the dentist what she was doing was really causing me discomfort. I’m not a patient who ignores care of their teeth or was coming in with cavities. Unfriendly staff and long wait times. The dentist was rushed and unhelpful. Not recommended.
I will never go again. I went here a year ago. Cleaning was done wrong. They rec cleaned the second time a few days later for free still had stains that were visible. They said I had 8 cavities and wanted to pull one of my tooth instead of offering a route cranial. Since I had found my perfect dentist office the woman properly cleaned my tooth offered me a route cranial and informed me that I have 3 cavities. 🤦🏾♀️ Yeah I wouldn’t recommend this place at all
