Needed and wanted a new roof replaced. Fayetteville Roof Pros delivered. They Answered their phone and showed up when they said. I liked that they do not use nail guns. They hand nailed every shingle . Called to other companies no one answered the phone and no one ever bothered showing up to give me a quote. Fayetteville roof Pros would be the only company I would consider for roof replacement
Had them do both my homes. They beat the competition by $1000's on one home and was lower on the other one also. Kenneth is very easy to talk to.
The owner went over all the materials to make sure it is all correct. He checks on things during the job to make sure it is all going smooth. He is a very nice guy and easy to work with. His foreman Tim is very knowledgeable and knows his craft well. Doug and Robert are also great workers. In my opinion they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the service they provided. We would highly recommend using them. AAA+
Just fininshed and wrote the check for a great roofing job. 11/29/18. We have a beautiful roof. We lost a tree on our house during Florence. Called several roofing companies to get estimates. Ken at Fayetteville Roofing Pros, beat all of the quotes we had received. Rain set us back a couple of times but I am very happy with the service from Ken and his roofing crew. After the recent hurricane, I needed to have the entire side of my house redone and color matched for siding. After a short conversation and a few days later, Mr. Garrett was on the premises to evaluate and research to get exact siding, color and manufacturer. A few days after that a date and time were set! His crew were professional from start to finish. They installed the new siding and showed me the difference in what WAS done and what SHOULD have been done!
