This is the best physical therapy place I have ever been to where they truly care. PT Russ and Jennifer go over and beyond to provide the appropriate care.
Extremely disappointed with my experience at the front desk, the black lady with red hair at STATION #4, her attitude was simply unacceptable. Instead of a warm welcome, I was met with a dismissive demeanor that made me feel unwelcome. The lack of professionalism was evident in the way she communicates. I've only had great experience when I go. I'm able to get the days and times that are convenient for me. All the staff are very professional.
I absolutely love all of the staff at this facility. The girls at the front desk called me by name on my second visit and ever since. They are always kind and easy to help with my appointment needs. Justin has been so kind, caring and informative in my evaluations. He is very encouraging and has helped me stay motivated. Jen and Katherine have been amazing with the therapy on my shoulder.
