I absolutely love all of the staff at this facility. The girls at the front desk called me by name on my second visit and ever since. They are always kind and easy to help with my appointment needs. Justin has been so kind, caring and informative in my evaluations. He is very encouraging and has helped me stay motivated. Jen and Katherine have been amazing with the therapy on my shoulder. Great place and even greater staff!
The two stars are for the wonderful physical therapists in the back. The lack of three stars is because of the front desk staff. They are rude as hell, and act like they despise their job. I’m not sure who their supervisors are or if they read these reviews, but somebody needs to put these ladies in check with their nasty attitudes. If they don’t enjoy their job they should reconsider customer service.
So the therapist here are really great! Very nice and knowledgeable. They always seem cheerful. The front office is different. Extremely rude, they act very annoyed or put out if they have to do their job or interact with the customers. I am hard of hearing due to multiple deployments and explosions exposures. It was hard for me to hear the front desk lady and I kept asking here to repeat herself and she got very rude and I believe she purposely schedule my physical on days and times i couldn't make it.
