This is the best physical therapy place I have ever been to where they truly care. PT Russ and Jennifer go over and beyond to provide the appropriate care.
Extremely disappointed with my experience at the front desk, the black lady with red hair at STATION #4, her attitude was simply unacceptable. Instead of a warm welcome, I was met with a dismissive demeanor that made me feel unwelcome. The lack of professionalism was evident in the way she communicates.
