Had a great experience.
My experience donating with Josh at the Red Cross was outstanding. From check-in to the actual donation, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and very attentive. Josh made sure I was comfortable the entire time and answered all of my questions. You can tell he truly care about both donors and the people they serve. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.
Went today for my first ever platelet donation. Nick and the team did a great job and were informative and welcoming! Will try to go back monthly for my platelet donation from now on.
These people will go from donator to donator with the same gloves (whenever they're bothered to put them on.) God help you if you're a walk-in and/or didn't do rapid pass to make their jobs fly by. Keep in mind: young phlebotomists might have trouble sticking you, but the older ones throw hygiene to the wind.
