We have FPU internet and it is constantly being throttled and lagged. One would think for the relatively small county of Lincoln that you would be able to use wifi throughout the day but every night I experience a substantial drop in internet connection, often experiencing a complete loss of internet for hours. Internet is great when it works however, the bandwidth lag is insane at high usage hours. There is no excuse for what people pay for internet
They seem like they dont like there jobs, and not only that they have lied to my mother about money, they have taken advantage of my mother and I dont tolerate it, shes a sweet lady so yes ill be giving you guys a 1 star because I know my mother I help out with the bills so I know when they start over charging. I feel like they come up with there own prices there unfair.
The internet here every weekend or when it important the service has been going out 3 weekend in a row now fix it or im going somewhere else
Payed an extra 30 dollars to make sure the lights were cut on today so i could paint my house. They didnt cut the lights on so i payed 30 extra dollars for nothing. What a rip off.
Called today to schedule an appointment with engineer to tell me how much it would cost to get power to my new property and the lady told me that it was 7 weeks wait time unacceptable and unprofessional
