Sure wish I could get a different utility company but they are the only supplier in Lincoln county. The customer service is the absolute worst and god forbid you have a leak of any kind! WI-FI is constantly going in and out and about twice a week at random our power will flick off and on. Good luck with digital clocks and programmable thermostats!
Fpu can get very expensive depending where you live and how much utilities you use. BUT if anyone ever comes in with a financial situation they always know how to set you up right. They are very understanding when it comes to not having enough for bills!!!!
Why can't FPU keep the power on?Our power goes off sometimes monthly,weekly,even daily.I wish they could do better,but seeing that this has been happening for years now,I guess this is as good as it gets around here.
This place takes full advantage of people . They change there rates every single month . Sometimes up to 65%. They definitely do whatever they want and normally screw u on your deposit when you disconnect
They always over charge people with their utilities, and whatever you do don't make a mishap on your bill,because they cut my power off over 10 dollars! Instead of adding it to my next bill! I though I paid the right amount, but got numbers off! An honest mistake,and it cost me 60 dollars reconnection fee! SMH
