This place takes full advantage of people . They change there rates every single month . Sometimes up to 65%. They definitely do whatever they want and normally screw u on your deposit when you disconnect

They always over charge people with their utilities, and whatever you do don't make a mishap on your bill,because they cut my power off over 10 dollars! Instead of adding it to my next bill! I though I paid the right amount, but got numbers off! An honest mistake,and it cost me 60 dollars reconnection fee! SMH

Worst company I’ve ever seen. The rates are INSANE because they have no competition. I lived in Atlanta for years in a bigger house with more people and never had bills this high. Someone needs to regulate this company. Absolutely awful not to mention the trash service is constantly not picking up garbage and then leaving notes about “overfilled cans”. Okay.

My electricity was cut off without a phone call without a letter or any contact at all, when I called about the situation the woman who answered was extremely rude, did not answer any questions and told me that I was lying about not getting a phone call yesterday did not inform me that they could look over the records the sheriffs office told me that The woman who answered the phone refused to give me her name and would not let me talk to anyone else.
