Professional Environment I let an ingrown toenail get worse and worse over a year and just tried to take care of it myself. Until I was driving to work about 2 weeks ago and I had had enough. I was about to go out of town that weekend and just couldn't handle it. I called and the receptionist let me know they could fit me in that day but I needed to get there about 20-30 before my appointment to fill out paperwork and to give time since it was a last minute appointment.
