Carlos played cupid and introduced me to my new SUV. TJ Aichele (Robco) laid out options so good I thought he was reading my wish list. And Mike Wyche (Big Mike)? Only go here if you have an entire day to burn. We had an appointment at 10:30 AM, and my husband was stuck here for seven hours for a recall that should have only taken 15 minutes. They didn’t even begin to communicate with him that they are looking over the car until around 2 PM and proceeded to try to upsell on several services. We’re in the market for a new vehicle, and we absolutely won’t be purchasing or returning here.
I want to give a big shout out to Omar,Julia,Dan,and hana for the absolute blessing for my new 2026 Mitsubishi I wasnt sure but they are the best helping kind people listened to everything I needed help with and got the job done quick fast and not stressful if you need or looking for a new vehicle go see Omar and julia
