I dropped off the vehicle at 0930. Decided to take the shuttle to go and sit at the coffee shop. Big mistake. My vehicle was not worked on until around 120. I’m back from the coffee shop and still waiting. Everyone that was here this morning is no longer here. You’re better off waiting the long hours at the dealership because chances are they will put you to the side if you leave the location. Yes. I had a schedule appointment.
