My rating is based solely on my experience with the service department. I was hesitant to write this review because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple frustrating experiences, I feel it’s necessary. Your service is completely unprofessional as well as the lack of communication. It’s a wonder that this locations is even available because the service is completely unavailable. If I could Rate zero stars I would. How do you give me an appointment yet don’t have a technician available don’t know when you will have a technician available and then send me a report that you ran a diagnostic on my car and everything is fine then when I pick up my car you hand me a paper saying nothing was done to the car. Of the 5 times I’ve bought a car, James O’Donoghue has been by far the best sales consultant that has helped me buy a car. He made me and my family feel confortable in every step of the process of buying my car. The way he helped us with our kids while signing the paperwork was super helpful because we didn’t had to worry about missing important information. Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable.
Gabbie was great, she gave great service. She was super dedicated in getting me the best deal she could get for me. Although all odds were against me she still worked it out just for me. Thank you Gabbie your the best.
