6 hours for routine maintenance and an oil change today. The time before was even longer. Both times were blamed for not having enough staff/techs. If you do not have the staff to service X number of cars then don't book X number of appointments. No one answers the phones. Garbage.
DISCUSSTING! customer service god forbid you call into make an appointment and get Latoya on the phone. She is rude, nasty and and acts like calling her to make an appointment is annoying and a bother to her, responding with things like " I don't care" and "do what ever you want" when asking to assist the caller further I would not want to be assisted by this "lady" I don't know what her issue is but Def needs some customer service training or something to improve that attitude and disrespectful tone through the whole call. ... read more

Meg that works in the service department is amazing. I have not one time gone to Kia auto mall and saw her just standing around. She will go above and beyond to help you anyway possible. She is very very helpful and friendly. I truly enjoy doing business with her
