James Moses was my sales guy. He is knowledgeable, COURTEOUS, helpful in making a selection. He guided me thru the whole process and when I didn't understand he was there explaining all details to the tee. Full of smiles and laughter ready to extend and go beyond.
On Saturday 4/25/26 I walked into Fayetteville Kia at 3pm to purchase a Kia Telluride S model in the blue color and ending up purchasing the Telluride SX model in the Black Jade Green color sold to me by Elston. Elston was a great salesman. He was very knowledgeable and kind to work with. By 5pm I had signed all of my purchase documents & was the happy owner of my new Telly. I would recommend Fayetteville Kia and Elston to anyone looking to buy a Telluride or any other car on their lot.
I had the pleasure of working with James O’Donoghue who made my experience seamless and very easy. We had 90% of the deal done before I even got there. Dan D and Mike Baldin were also very helpful. I highly recommend doing business with them.
I recently purchased a new kia from this dealership. I had a great experience with my salesperson and finance manager. Other than that, the experience was horrible and I would not recommend this dealership. I am still trying to possession of a personal item left in my trade-in. The representative over trade-ins refused to discuss the issue with me and the General Manager chose to not return my call. Thumbs down for the management. Drive to Raleigh for your Kia experience.
