I called the dealership to make sure the 5 cars i was interested in was on the lot. We had a 2 hour drive to get there. We were assured they were and they'd have them ready for us to view when we get there. We get to Fay. KIA. ..... 3 HOURS later we still haven't seen 1 car we came to see. Waited another 30 minutes. I’ve been coming here for oil changes and I’m done after today. Each time I wait for more than 3 hours!! Even with an appointment. It’s absolutely uncalled for. They keep trying to sell me an upgraded car while waiting and I will never do it based on their service department being slow as molasses!!
I was extremely indecisive when getting a new car but Jessica and Kim made my experience much more smooth. There was no pressure, which i greatly appreciated. I love my car and I'm thankful for their help.
