lights and horn on car on my 2003 dodge Stratus Took in to get fixed they ordered different parts to fix. Car still not working after 3 weeks I still had to pay because manager said I they couldn't send back . Finally the service manager said they can't figure out problem I had to pay 1700 for their try. When I got the call to pick up up the car the front seat was covered and full of parts that they didn't put back in the dash and door. Purchased a vehicle from here a few months back. After getting it home I found a lot old food and random kids toys in side under seats and in glove compartments. The clumps of compound all over the body hiding all the scratches. I get it detailers don’t put much effort in at most places. But as I was driving down the road and my tail light fell out and broke the harness and smashed on the pavement because of a lazy technician that couldn’t take the two seconds to put the two screws back in the taillight.
