I bought a high mileage 2021 RAM. Not from them. Not their fault. Probably a mistake. It's been at this dealership for TSBs and the hybrid battery. Recently I just had a CEL come on that I fixed in my driveway tonight ( fortunately was just a bad fuel injector...I will need to cancel my service appointment with y'all this week sorry!). Absolutely disgusted with the service and leadership at Fayetteville Dodge under the Go Group Auto umbrella. Between my 2026 Ram 3500 and my 2022 Dodge Durango, I have spent an unbelievable amount of time dealing with problems that should have been handled professionally the first time. Instead, it has been excuse after excuse, finger-pointing, and complete lack of accountability.
