Absolutely disgusted with the service and leadership at Fayetteville Dodge under the Go Group Auto umbrella. Between my 2026 Ram 3500 and my 2022 Dodge Durango, I have spent an unbelievable amount of time dealing with problems that should have been handled professionally the first time. Instead, it has been excuse after excuse, finger-pointing, and complete lack of accountability. I just got the new 2026 Dodge Charger RT today ..... new color called "subzero"..... fully loaded and AWD..... I can't say enough about my experience with this dealership..... my salesman Arty and Chris..... Manager Chris on the sales floor..... Gabrielle who did my credit application..... I was referred here by a very good friend of mine. I absolutely hate car shopping and already had gone to one dealer and had a disappointing experience, and spoke to a few others who didnt listen or just brushed me off. Have nothing but good things to say. Chris and Jason have been such a pleasure to work with. I’d recommend buying from these guys because they stay true to their word and help any way they can. I’ve been able to buy a few vehicles from Fayetteville dodge and will not shop anywhere else because I know I’m getting the best deal possible. Jason is also in an amazing band and everyone should check out his work.
