If you like people to actually answer your calls do NOT depend on this facility!!!! I have never in my life dealt with the run around this facility has given me.. waited two weeks for a referral to be accepted to find out it was never sent and now they won’t answer the phone for me, my insurance company, or even the company they work with.. absolutely ridiculous! Now to wait 24-48 hours for a reply to my voicemail ... this is an every-time occurrence! Not just today, sadly
