Overpromise and underdeliver. I’m honestly glad I never used them for service on my Dodge. I’ve been waiting almost three weeks to get my vehicle serviced, and whenever I call for an update, nobody seems available to help. Yet when I arrive in person, the service bays appear empty. What really frustrated me was the estimate. I was quoted nearly $12,000 for maintenance and repairs that didn’t seem to justify that price. Save yourself the time and DO NOT buy from here. Bought my truck in March still have no tags, title or licenses. Oh and good luck getting someone who will respond or knows what is going on in that building.
