I have gone there several times and have always had a good experience, but this latest time Lisa and the other staff were all amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of properly. I just want to thank them for really brightening my Monday with such great service! Very great experience!!! Hit a deer while in the Fayetteville area for the weekend and had to leave my car because it wasn’t drivable! Being 4.5 hours away from Fayetteville Mr. Justin Hazen made this experience awesome from beginning to end with constant contact and video updates! I highly recommend anyone to Fayetteville Collision!!! My car looks amazing!! 🤗
In December, I gave a bad review, based upon my experience. Chuck Dennis, the GM, reached out to me and corrected the issue. Now I feel better about using FCC and will be using them in the future if needed.
They did a great job on my 2014 VW Touareg. Although the job did take almost 2 months due to some back ordered parts. But the work was great.
The people that work here are honest and they definitely stand by their work! I love how personable they are. When I need work done on my car or truck I can just drop it off in the morning, they'll take me to work, and pick me up when it's ready!
They have had my car for 6 weeks for a rear passenger door side swipe and still can't give me a finish date. They keep dragging it out for some reason. I have never had a car take this long to be repaired at other places, even with MUCH more damage to the car.🤬
Jeff Mitchell and all others that I came into contact with were courteous and professional. The work that was done on my car was excellent. It looks just like it did when I bought it.
The Fayetteville Collision Center is awesome. I got a quote on the spot; it was reasonable and they did the work right then! It was a small ding, but the work was completed quickly and for less than the quote. I recommend them.
