the customer service was awesome and they got my car fixed 6 days early. I was very thankful because I was paying for my rental. when I picked up the car, it looked brand new. I would recommend them anytime!!
Roxanne Sweeting is wonderful. She assisted us from start to finish after, our car was hit by another driver. And, we took the car in for repairs. I love the fact that once, the repair was completed, she looked over the car and had the tech re-do the work did not come out to her satisfaction. The work done on the car was wonderful. I have had bodywork done at other shops before. I've NEVER had a better experience than the one I had with Collision. Shawn Godbold and Mike Canders were not only professional, but my truck looks better than it did when I bought it. I could not be happier with the work Mike did. His attention to detail was evident and I felt that he actually cared about what he was doing--that's a lost art. After two accidents this year (I was not at fault,lol) the team at Raeford Rd Caliber Collision were excellent each time! They are clear on communication and they keep you updated the entire time! This is the only place I recommend for vehicle repair!
